Givens Communities also is pleased to announce that Nicole Allen has been promoted from Community Manager at Givens Gerber Park to Director of Property Management.

Nicole’s journey with Givens spans more than a decade and reflects a deep commitment to the residents, communities, and mission of the organization. Beginning her career as an intern, she has grown through multiple roles, gaining experience in resident services, leasing, operations, compliance, and community management before stepping into this leadership position.

Nicole Allen

Throughout her time with Givens, Nicole has had the opportunity to work alongside teams across multiple departments and communities, helping her develop a broad understanding of affordable housing operations. Having experienced the organization from a variety of perspectives, she brings a practical understanding of both the opportunities and challenges faced by frontline staff, community managers, and operational leaders. Reflecting on her career, Nicole credits much of her growth to the mentors, teammates, and residents who have helped shape her journey. She feels her experience has given her a unique appreciation for the work that occurs at every level of the organization and a perspective that she hopes will help strengthen operations, support staff development, and continue enhancing the resident experience across Givens communities.
