Givens Communities is now offering a 10-week Nurse Aide training program, with the motto “Earn While You Learn.” This unique program is designed to support staffing for Givens Communities and create a direct pathway from training to career for team members.

In a dual-role position, trainees will take the N.C. Nurse Aide I curriculum with all tuition, books, supplies, and exam fees covered while earning a full-time paycheck. When not in class, they will work as Resident Assistants in one of the Givens Communities’ clinical settings.

After successful program completion and listing on the N.C Nurse Aide I Registry, CNAs will have a one-year commitment in one of Givens Communities’ clinical settings. The next class begins June 21, and another is anticipated in February 2024.
