One of the most meaningful milestones in this next chapter for Givens Communities is the evolution of philanthropic work.

In a major announcement, Givens Philanthropy will now become Givens Foundation—a name that more clearly reflects the vital role that philanthropy plays in advancing the mission and expanding impact of this nonprofit senior living organization.

While the name is new, the heart of the work remains the same. Givens Foundation will continue to operate as integral part of Givens Communities, ensuring that every act of generosity directly strengthens the people, programs, and communities our supporters care deeply about.

A Thoughtful Step Forward 

In early 2026, the transition from Givens Philanthropy to Givens Foundation marked an intentional step in how we share the story and impact of giving across the Givens family. The new name offers a clearer expression of who we are and what we do—placing philanthropy front and center as a driving force behind our shared mission.

Importantly, this change does not affect how donations are received or managed. Givens Foundation continues to operate under the same tax ID, maintaining continuity and trust for our donors. Now structured as a subsidiary LLC of Givens Communities, the Foundation is positioned to provide enhanced clarity, strong stewardship, and thoughtful reporting of philanthropic resources for years to come.
