Givens Home First has announced that Cindy McCurry and Linda Nash, both CNAs with the services program for Givens Highland Farms and Givens Estates residents, have been appointed as inaugural “cultivators,” a mentoring role for new team members.

What Does Being a Cultivator Mean?

  •  Serve as a readily available resource for new team members, providing valuable advice, guidance and encouragement during their first 3-6 months of employment.
  • Provide an instrumental function in introducing new hires to the culture and values that define Givens Home First and Givens Communities.
  • As cultivators, they will help facilitate the onboarding process, ensuring that every new team member feels supported and equipped for success.

Givens Home First colleagues couldn’t be more excited to embark on this new chapter, saying Cindy’s and Linda’s dedication and leadership make them ideal candidates for the role, and there is full confidence in their ability to inspire and empower new team members.

“We hope you’ll join us in congratulating Cindy and Linda on their well-deserved appointment as cultivators!” said Jessie Bosshard, executive director. “Together, we’re shaping a brighter future for Givens Home First.”
